• Our spacious home is completely furnished and air conditioned for your comfort.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils.
• The living room has multi channel cable TV, and the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed.
• The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a full bath with the third bedroom, which has two twin size beds.
• The swimming pool has a large screened sun deck area, sun loungers and dining furniture. (Pool heating optional)
• The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
• Telephone and radio are available for your use.
• Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
• If needed, a crib and high chair are also there for the young ones.
• Our local property manager will provide the personal service you need to make your vacation most enjoyable. They will be happy to help you during your stay in our home.

Safety

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. The house is fitted with emergency lighting, hardwired smoke detectors in all the bedrooms and the living room. A fire extinguisher in also provided.

Care must always be exercised around the pool area. Children must always be supervised. All swimming and activities in the pool area are at your own risk.
