Rental Form

Please fill in all of the information on the booking form and then print it out. At that time, sign the form and mail it, along with the required deposit, to the address listed below. If you have inquiries, please email disneyhome2929@aol.com or telephone me at 1-800-443-5013 or 845-236-4407. Once your signed booking form and deposit is received I will confirm your reservation. Please note that we are unable to vary dates once the booking has been confirmed.

TERMS: A deposit of 20% (non-refundable) is payable on booking. No contract can be accepted until the booking form is returned completed and accompanied by the deposit. We regret that deposits are not refundable.

  • Balance payable 6 weeks prior to occupancy
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of $200 is due with final balance. The security deposit will be refunded after the property has been inspected by our management company and you have returned the keys.

If you have to cancel your booking the following scale of charges will be deemed to apply:

13 - 7 days 70% of the total cost
less than 7 days before scheduled arrival 100%
   

We regret we are not liable for any disruption or delay to, or cancellation of your vacation due to strikes, natural disasters, closure of airports, changes in airline schedules, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The owners of the house, their servants or agents will not be held liable for any injury caused by or resulting from use by the clients of the swimming pool. You are advised that supervision by an adult is required when children are using the pool and facilities.
